About Your Inspector
Bill Johnson graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering (BIE) degree and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Georgia (PE #11259). During his twenty-eight years in manufacturing he specialized in materials handling engineering, work place design, and project management. He earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree during this time. Prior to starting the home inspection business, he completed a Marine Engine Technology degree while working for a Gwinnett County market research firm.
To start the home inspection business Bill received initial inspection training through Kaplan’s Inspection Training Associates. Subsequent continuing education has kept him informed on current home inspection issues. Bill is an Associate Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), and a member of the International Code Council (ICC) and ASHI-Georgia. He is certified as a Residential Building Inspector by ICC and is certified as a Disaster Housing Inspector by PaRR, a contractor for FEMA. In addition, Bill maintains his membership in the National Society of Professional Engineers and the Georgia Society of Professional Engineers.
About Our Company
20/20 Home Inspections LLC is a young company, having been established in 2007. We specialize in home inspections for the residential real estate market. Most of our inspections are in Gwinnett County, Georgia, as well as the adjoining counties of Walton, DeKalb, Fulton, Hall, Forsyth, and Rockdale. We take pride in the thoroughness of our inspections, even though additional time is required.
